Returns and Exchanges
■Return Policy
You can return unused items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please write (1) your order number, (2) your name, and (3) the size you purchased and email it to info@asabird.co.jp Please contact us by email.
After checking the stock, we will contact you with the return procedure, including the return address.
■ About exchanges
As long as the item is unused, we will accept a one-time exchange for the same product and color if the relevant size is in stock.
Before returning the item, please email us at info@asabird.co.jp with (1) your order number, (2) your name, and (3) the size you would like to exchange it for. Please contact us by email.
After checking the stock, we will contact you with the exchange procedure, including the return address.
Then, return the product to the specified address.
In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Please send the item prepaid.
■We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
- The product you used
- Products that have been scratched, wrinkled or damaged while in the customer's possession
- Products that have lost their original product labels
- Products that have been processed or remodeled by the customer
Wrinkled shoes will not be eligible for return or exchange and you will be charged for the item.
